I have a roof over my head, I am free to wear nothing but my Spongebob-Squarepants Boxers, Elvis is playing on my record player, and I am doing what I love more than anything else . . . writing. But this is only possible because of the men and women in our armed forces who, even now, fight for my protection and the freedom to sit on my ass and write fiction. This blog is dedicated to you, brave warriors. Your sacrifice isn’t, and will never be, lost on me."
